The balance of the rent is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday as is a separate cheque for the security deposit (see the Booking Conditions on the booking form, paragraph 5). This security deposit is refundable after the end of your holiday.
If you wish to take advantage of the ChezNous discounted travel service you will need to quote our advertiser reference (currently 10449) preceded by a letter which changes each year. The current prefix letter for 2007 is P, so you quote P10449.
